Registration and Participation
Conference Registration Fee:

Starting from June 1, 2025, no group discount applications of any kind will be accepted.

The above discount policies and deadlines apply to both conference and workshop registrations.
Workshops：
Leading scholars, academic leaders, and frontline teaching experts from the U.S. language education field will present cutting-edge educational workshops. Attendees can choose to participate in these workshops. Participants will receive a certificate and are required to check in one day in advance. The fees are as follows:

Attend 1 workshop: ￥540 RMB ($75 USD)

Attend 2 workshops: ￥1080 RMB ($150 USD)

Attend 3 workshops: ￥1440 RMB ($200 USD)

Attend 4 workshops: ￥1800 RMB ($250 USD)

🎯 Important Notes:

Students who apply for the conference and need to pay must submit proof of student status, such as a valid student ID and an official letter from their school/college/department.

For those whose abstracts are accepted for presentation, the conference fee must be paid by April 30, 2025.

Conference fees are non-refundable once paid.
Invoice：
Invoices will be issued by the payment recipients "Xinmei Xingyao Media Company" (for RMB payments) and "New American International Culture Corp" (for USD payments), on behalf of the organizing institution. The invoice will be labeled as either "Conference Service Fee" or "Training Fee." It will be an electronic invoice, and participants will receive it within 5 business days after the payment is made.
